INGREDIENTS


Almond flour - 2 cups


Powdered sugar - 1 cup


Rose water - 1- 2 tablespoon


Water - 4 - 8 tablespoons


Turmeric- a pinch for colour




METHOD


• In a bowl mix together warm water and saffrons add a pinch of turmeric and the rose water mix well and set aside.

• In a large bowl mix together sift and combine almond and sugar.

• Add the liquid to the dry mix little by little until it forms a crumbly dough.

• Roll it into small balls.

• Decorate with some pistachios.
